Biography

High School

As a senior at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School led his team to a 22-8 record...named First Team All-Catholic League and Third Team All-City in 2006-07 as his team’s MVP...son of John Griffin, who coached at Siena and at Saint Joseph’s...averaged 11.5 points and led his team with 6.0 assists per game as a senior.

 

At Rider

Team captain for 2008-09...led the Broncs in free throw percentage last year, missing just two all season...made his first collegiate start in the MAAC semifinal and compiled eight points, four assists and just one turnover in 32 minutes of action before fouling out...hit a three-point field goal, his only points of the game, with 2:20 left to give Rider a 67-65 lead at Loyola...scored nine points in regular season finale win over Fairfield.
