LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – The Rider University men's soccer team hosts the visiting Saint Joseph's Hawks for their final home, non-conference game of the year, with kickoff slatted for 7:00 p.m. at Ben Cohen Field.

Gavin Faracchio's 88^th minute stunner against the Highlanders round off a three-goal run that secured the Broncs their third win off the year during the 3-2 victory against NJIT last Friday night.
Patryk Rojek's goal in the 74^th minute against NJIT marked his second score of the year from the bench as the senior forward from King of Prussia Pennsylvania also scored off the bench during the team's 2-1 loss to FDU on Monday, August 31.
Along with Rojek's four points atop the team leader board is Chiemeka Azurunwa and Emmanuel Dan-Adokiene, both of who have also notched four points through four games to begin the season.
Tim Devine stepped up in goal during Friday's match with the Highlander's maintaining a second half shutout to help the Broncs complete the comeback against NJIT while making three saves in his Broncs debut.
Besides an 1-0 opening day win against NJIT in Philadelphia on August 23, the Hawks have played out to two 1-1 ties, against Temple on August 28 and against Mount St. Mary's on August 31.
Eddie Krupski, Mark Mazzoni, and Rob Myrick have all scored solo efforts t=for the Hawks in 2026 while Herman Tveit-Reffsgaard has recorded the only assist of the year so far for SJU.
In goal, Alex Smith has made all three starts while notching 13 saves while only allowing two goals.
Since 2007, the Broncs have compiled a record of 5-3-1 against the Hawks while notching a record of 3-1 against SJU at Ben Cohen Field. Their last meeting September 9, 2025 ended in a 2-1 win for Saint Joe's while the Broncs notched a 3-1 win against SJU at Ben Cohen in 2024.
