PRINCETON, NJ – The Rider men's cross country team finished fifth at the New Jersey Jam hosted by Princeton University on Friday evening.
Matt McCarron led the Broncs with a 39th-place finish, clocking a time of 18:14.5.
McCarron was followed closely by
Matthew Mastroly, who placed 41st in 18:23.1, while
Santino D'Amelio rounded out Rider's top three with a time of 18:48.1.

It was a disappointing performance tonight by the men. We should be better and we just didn't do a great job of executing the race plan or showing much grit when it got tough. We need to make some big improvements moving forward.
