LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University Athletics has announced its live streaming schedule for all home events this Fall. Each of Rider's 34 home events for its men's soccer, women's soccer, field hockey and volleyball teams will be streamed on either ESPN+ or BroncVision, with 22 events scheduled for ESPN+ and 12 scheduled for BroncVision.
Rider women's soccer opens its season against Wagner on August 18th, which will be the first home event to air on BroncVision. September 3rd against Delaware State will be the first Rider women's soccer match of the season to appear on ESPN+. Four other home matches – against Canisius on September 20th, Saint Peter's on September 24th, Manhattan on October 11th, and Fairfield on October 15th – will air on ESPN+. The remaining matches will air on BroncVision: August 18th vs. Wagner, August 31st vs. NJIT, September 14th vs. UAlbany, October 4th vs. Merrimack, and the regular season finale on October 29th vs. Marist. Any potential MAAC Championship matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
On August 29th, Rider will produce its first ESPN+ broadcast in the month of August when the Rider men's soccer team takes on La Salle. Four additional Rider men's soccer matches will be streamed on ESPN+: September 1st against George Washington, September 20th against Canisius, October 11th against Fairfield, and October 18th against Iona. The three remaining home matches will be streamed to BroncVision: August 25th against Lehigh, October 1st against Manhattan, and November 1st against Sacred Heart. Any potential MAAC Championship matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
Rider field hockey will have all five of its home matches streamed on ESPN+ this season: September 19th vs. Stonehill, September 26th vs. University of New Haven, September 28th vs. Sacred Heart, October 10th vs. Saint Francis, and October 17th vs. LIU. It will be the first time since the 2021 season that five Rider field hockey events will air on ESPN platforms.
Rider's volleyball team will host eleven total home events, seven of which will be streamed to ESPN+: September 30th vs. Saint Peter's, October 3rd vs. Sacred Heart, October 4th vs. Fairfield, October 31st vs. Niagara, November 1st vs. Canisius, November 14th vs. Siena, and November 15th vs. Marist. This will be the second consecutive season Rider has streamed at least seven home volleyball matches on ESPN+. The remaining four events will be streamed to BroncVision: both matches on September 13th vs. New Hampshire and Saint Francis, October 10th vs. Quinnipiac, and October 11th vs. Merrimack.
The BroncVision live stream crew consists exclusively of current Rider students, who are responsible for directing, switching camera angles, operating cameras, running instant replays, managing audio and building graphics for each ESPN+ production. All ESPN+ and BroncVision events are produced by Tony Corbi, Assistant A.D. for Video and Live Event Productions.
