LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - For the second consecutive day, Rider Baseball's opener against Fairfield was suspended due to weather and field conditions after Fairfield tied the game at the top of the sixth. The game will resume tomorrow, May 17, at 11 a.m. in the bottom of the ninth with two outs, a runner on base, and Peter Crespo at the plate.

The series will now shift to a two-game set, with Game Two to follow after the conclusion of the resumed opener.
