The Mount came out firing in the second, opening the quarter on 12-2 run to build a 22-13 lead. Rider countered with five-straight points by Turco, an old-fashioned three-point play by Camryn Collins (Foxboro, MA/Foxboro), and a free throw from Emmy Roach (Littlehampton, Australia/Heathfield) to tie the game at 22-22. The Mount would take a 27-24 lead into the half.

Winner Bartholomew (Abuja, Nigeria/Day Secondary School Birgi) opened the third quarter with a bucket to move Rider back within one, but the Mount went on a 20-2 run over the next seven minutes to push the lead to 47-28 and the Mountaineers led 53-33 entering the final 10 minutes.

The Broncs were unable to make a run in the fourth as the lead was pushed to as large as 32 before the final score was produced.
