GENEVA, OH – The Rider University women's swimming and diving team moved up two spots to seventh through the second day of the 2025 MAAC Swimming and Diving Championship. The Broncs have totaled 98 points, while Niagara stormed to the lead with 289 total points.
In the diving well,
Karyn Creelman (Mohton, PA/Governor Mifflin) scored 230.30 to take fourth and
Maiti O'Connor (South Plainfield, NJ/The Wardlaw-Hartridge School) finished fifth with a score of 229.90 on the 3-meter.
To close out the night, Sonya Mishakova (Bali, Indonesia/Australian Independent School Bali),
Lea Opdyke (Ocala, FL/West Point),
Liv Turner-Havira (Archbald, PA/Scranton Prep), and
Megan Smith (Philadelphia, PA/Nazareth Academy) combined to swim 1:37.73 for fifth in the 200-free relay.
