GENEVA, OH – The Rider University women's swimming and diving team is ninth through the opening session of the 2025 MAAC Swimming and Diving Championship. The Broncs scored 40 points on the day, while Niagara and Fairfield are tied for first with 74 points.
To open the night,
Casey Morgan (Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.),
Allison Stewart (Newtown Square, PA/Lower Merion),
Hannah Yemec (Bluffton, SC/May River), and Sonya Mishakova (Bali, Indonesia/Australian Independent School Bali) swam 1:46.02 for eighth in the 200-medley relay.
In the 800-free relay, Morgan, Yemec,
Casey McLaughlin (Ramsey, NJ/Ramsey), and
Lea Opdyke (Ocala, FL/West Point) combined to swim 7:42.92 to claim ninth.
