Softball Posts Top 50 GPA in NCAA Division I

12 Broncs earn Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors

LOUISVILLE, KY – The Rider University softball team posted a Top 50 GPA in NCAA Division I in the 2023-24 academic year and 12 Broncs earned Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced.

As a team, the Broncs posted a 3.60 grade-point average, tying for 49^th in the country with Yale and North Texas. Individually, Asiah Bell, Kiersten Buchanan, Olivia Burroughs, Abigail Cruz, Shelby Dyer, Kristyn Gardner, Anna-Marie Groskritz, Jessie Niegocki, Emma Rambo, Kathryn Schmierer, Fallyn Stoeckel and Kayley York were honored as All-America Scholar-Athletes for having achieved a 3.5 or better GPA.
