What You Need To Know
- Rider looks for its seventh-straight win and the possibility of locking up a top-five seed in next week's MAAC Tournament against Saint Peter's Thursday night at Alumni Gym.
- Rider has won its last six games vs. Mount St. Mary's, at Manhattan, home games vs. Iona and Quinnipiac and road wins at Niagara and Canisius to move over .500 (10-8) in league play.
- Prior to the game, the Broncs will honor their four-member senior class of

Mervin James,

Allen Powell on Senior Night.
- The Western New York sweep was the Broncs' first since 2018-19.

- Saint Peter's is led by Corey Washington, who's averaged 16.3 points to go along with 6.1 rebounds per game. Washington was injured in the Broncs' Jan. 25 win in Jersey City and missed the next five games, during which time the Peacocks went 1-4. In five games since his return, Saint Peter's is 5-0 and he's averaged 21.8 ppg. and 6.8 rpg. Latrell Reid has also chipped in with 11.7 ppg. and a team-high 4.8 assists per game.
- Rider leads the all-time series with Saint Peter's, 43-35. Rider took this year's first meeting on Jan. 25 in Jersey City. The Broncs swept the regular-season series last year, before the Peacocks pulled the upset in the MAAC Quarterfinals. Kevin Baggett elevated to his current post at Rider. In 10 head-to-head meetings, Baggett's teams have an 8-2 record against Mason's squads. The Broncs are 16-11 under Baggett against Saint Peter's, including a 6-4 mark at Alumni Gym.
