EMMITSBURG, MD – Down Taylor Langan (Lake Hopatcong, NJ/Jefferson Township[Colgate/Millersville]) and Jessika Schiffer (Iserlohn, Germany/Deutschhaus Gymnasium Würzburg) due to illness, the Rider University women's basketball team was unable to defeat Mount St. Mary's Thursday afternoon, falling 64-43. Quotes & Notes
"Obviously, we weren't a healthy team today, down two starters, and some others really just gutting it out. Offensively, we were out of flow with the new lineups. The one thing we needed to do better is defend and rebound. That was the difference in the game, most of their buckets were second-chance opportunities."

"We've got to focus on rebounding a lot over this next day and a half to make sure we're only giving teams one shot at the basket." – Head coach Lynn Milligan

- The Mount extends its lead in the all-time series to 21-7.
- Deveney led the Broncs with nine points, her third time leading the Broncs in scoring this season.
