- Rider returns to action Friday night to host Mount St. Mary's.
- The Broncs have fallen in three-straight to Iona, Fairfield and Marist.

DJ Dudley erupted for a season-high 28 points off the bench at Iona, shooting 6-for-11 from the floor, including 3-for-6 from long range and 13-for-14 from the free-throw line.
- Rider earned road wins at Saint Peter's and Mount St. Mary's and a convincing home win over Siena in three-straight wins, Jan. 25-Feb. 2. All 13 Broncs to see the floor vs. Siena scored at least two points.

Mervin James averaged 23.0 points and 8.0 rebounds against the Mountaineers and Peacocks, including 16-for-16 shooting from the free-throw line and was named MAAC Player of the Week on Jan. 29.
- James leads the MAAC at 18.6 points per game.
- James and
Allen Powell each reached 1,000 points at Rider earlier this season, while
T.J. Weeks Jr. also scored his 1,000th collegiate career, spanning four years at UMass and this season with the Broncs.
- The Mount is led by Dakota Leffew at 18.3 points and 4.0 assists per game. De'Shayne Montgomery has added 10.8 ppg., while Joshua Reaves (8.1 ppg.), Dallas Hobbs (7.8 ppg.), Dola Adebayo (7.2 ppg., 4.6 rpg.), Jedy Cordilia (6.8 ppg.) and George Tinsley (5.5 ppg.) and have also made strong contributions.
- Rider leads the all-time series with Mount St. Mary's, 15-13, including wins in both games at Knott Arena since the Mountaineers joined the MAAC. The Broncs and Mountaineers split last year, meeting for the first time as MAAC foes after playing 13 times in the Broncs' five seasons in the NEC, including nine times over their last three seasons in the conference from 1994-95 through 1996-97. In 2022-23, both teams earned road wins in the split.
