Baseball Unveils 2025 Schedule

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University head baseball coach Dr. Barry Davis has announced the schedule for the 2025 season on Friday.
 
The season kicks off Feb. 21-23 when the Broncs travel to perennial power Campbell for a three-game set. Rider then continues with a four-game series at Western Carolina Feb. 28-Mar. 2.
 
The Broncs home-opener is scheduled against Saint Joseph's on Mar. 4, after which the Broncs begin MAAC play with a three-game set at Saint Peter's Mar. 7-9. League play continues Mar. 14-16 with a three-game homestand against Quinnipiac Mar. 14-16. Rider then travels on Mar. 18 to face in-state rival Rutgers.
 
The Broncs return to MAAC play, hosting Merrimack Mar. 21-23. The beginning of the Liberty Bell Classic is on Mar. 25. MAAC play continues Mar. 28-30 when Rider travels to Iona. The second round of the Liberty Bell Classic is on Apr. 1, where the Broncs will head on the road for their second-round opponent. The Broncs then host Mount St. Mary's for a three-game set Apr. 4-6.
 
The Broncs then have a non-conference home game at NJIT on Apr. 9 before making the trip to Manhattan, Apr. 11-13. The Battle of 206 is continued with Princeton coming to Sonny Pittaro Field on Apr. 16, then the Broncs host Sacred Heart Apr. 18-20. A mid-week game against Seton Hall on Apr. 22 followed by a trip to Penn on Apr. 23 sets up the Broncs return to MAAC play at Marist, Apr. 25-27.
 
The Broncs wrap up non-conference play with a game at Penn State Apr. 30, a three-game set at Army May 3-4, and a game at Rutgers May 7. Regular season play concludes with a series at Canisius May 9-11 and a home set against Fairfield May 15-17.
 
The MAAC Tournament will take place May 21-24 at Clover Stadium in Pomona, NY.
