EDISON, NJ – The MAAC released their weekly indoor track and field awards on Tuesday afternoon. Among those awards was senior
Jayden DuBard (Buffalo, NY/Cheektowaga) who earned Men's Indoor Field Performer of the Week.
Dubard shined at the Penn Opener when he broke the program record for the Men's Weight Throw with a distance of 18.60m. DuBard surpassed his own record that he previously set in last year's MAAC championships when he threw a 18.45. Along with setting a new program record, DuBard also won the shot put at the Penn Opener, throwing 16.66m which is ranked third all-time at Rider.
The Broncs return to action after the holiday break when they travel to Staten Island, NY to compete at the Spartan Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Center.
