What You Need To Know
- The Broncs enter the week at 0-3 after falling to Marist, 161.5-129.5 last time out.
- The Bronc men were picked to finish third in the MAAC Preseason Coaches Poll.
- The Broncs top returners this season are Maxwell Connelly (Kinnelon, NJ/Kinnelon), who won the 200-breast at the ECAC Championships a season ago in addition to fourth and fifth place finishes in the 200- and 100-breast respectively at the MAAC Championships, and Stavros Xantheas (West Orange, NJ/West Orange) who earned a silver medal on the 1-meter and bronze medal on the 3-meter in the diving events at the MAAC Championships in 2023.
- Tivon Benjamin (Palm Bay, FL/St. Anthony's Secondary School) ranks fifth in the MAAC this season after swimming 51.58 in the 100-fly against Seton Hall.
- Billy Ruddy (Newton, NJ/Kittatinny Regional) won two individual events, including a 20.97 swim in the 50-free, second fastest in the MAAC this season, and was part of two winning relays in Rider's dual meet against Lehigh to secure MAAC Swimmer of the Week honors.
- Xantheas and Steven Figueroa (Whittier, CA/La Serna) finished one-two on both the 1- and 3-meter against Marist.
