STATEN ISLAND, NY - The Rider University Men's Track and Field team had an excellent showing at the Villanova Invitational. Tamrat Snyder finished in 10th in the 1000 meter run with a time of 2:227.96 to get the Broncs started. Marques Merriweather placed fourth the 60m hurdles with the time of 8.13.Â
In the field events, the reigning MAAC Field Performer of the Week Jayden DuBard was able to place fifth in the weight throw 18.01, and Jacob Eddinger placed seventh with a 17.95m mark. Zach Manorowitz finished third in the long jump with a mark of 7.09m. Devynn Lee finished second in the high jump with of jump of 2.05m, while Zach Moyer finished sixth with a mark of 1.90m. In the triple jump, Jayson Lee finished in sixth place at 13.79m. DuBard also finished fifth in shot put with a mark of 15.72m.Â
