What You Need To Know
- Rider wraps up the regular season with a Saturday night match-up with Iona. The Gaels have already secured the No. 1 seed in next week's MAAC Championships, while the Broncs are locked in at No. 2.
- Prior to the game, the Broncs will honor their six senior players -
Allen Betrand,
Tyrel Bladen,
Zahrion Blue,
Mervin James,
Dwight Murray, Jr. and
Ajiri Ogemuno-Johnson - and two student managers on Senior Day.
- Drummers with Attitude will perform at halftime.
- Students will be able to sign up for the fan bus and claim tickets at the game.
- Rider's chapter of Relay for Life will be tabling in the SRC atrium. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life movement is the world's largest peer-to-peer fundraising event dedicated to saving lives from cancer. For over 35 years, communities across the world have come together to honor and remember loved ones and take action for lifesaving change.
- Rider earned a 73-60 win Thursday at Saint Peter's.
Tariq Ingraham went for career highs of 20 points, eight rebounds and three blocks.
Allen Powell (15 points) and
Dwight Murray, Jr. (12 points, 9 rebounds) also made strong contributions.

Ajiri Ogemuno-Johnson eclipsed Mike Ringgold's program games played record with his 134th game played on Feb. 26.

Dwight Murray, Jr. continues to be the Broncs' do-it-all point guard, averaging 16.2 ppg. and shooting 39.5 percent from deep. Murray's 3.0 assists and 1.4 steals per game are best on the team and his 5.0 rebounds are third.
- The Gaels lead the all-time series, 45-28. The Broncs snapped a decade-long MAAC Quarterfinal drought and an eight-game losing skid to Iona in last year's MAAC Championships, defeating the top-seeded Gaels, 71-70. Rider made it two-straight with a dramatic 71-70 win over the Gaels this past Jan. 15 in New Rochelle. The win snapped Iona's 21-game home winning streak and stands as the Gaels' only home loss this season.
- Walter Clayton, Jr. leads Iona at 16.5 points per game, shooting 41.7 percent from long range. He's also averaged a team-high 2.0 steals per game. Nelly Junior Joseph has added 15.6 points and a team-high 9.6 rebounds per game, shooting 55.7 percent from the floor. Daniss Jenkins has also chipped in with 15.1 points and a team-high 5.0 assists per game.
- 11th-year Head Coach
Kevin Baggett's teams have posted a 177-164 record. Baggett won MAAC Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
- Only John Carpenter (292) and Thomas Leyden (187) have more wins at Rider.
