QUOTES & NOTES
"We know Quinnipiac is not an easy team to play. They have hitters that can put it in different locations and they can swing from anywhere. We obviously didn't get the start we wanted, but for them to have the grit to come back shows what we're capable of."
"We didn't go in to the locker room and blow it up. We just talked about our belief. We made the switch with Gabby and Tori, just a gut feeling. I'm not taking too much credit for it. They had to go out and do it, and they did."
– Head Coach Jeff Rotondo
"Coming off the bench and having fresh legs and a new face always helps in a way. I always try to contribute in any way possible. I visualize me playing in the middle while I'm off so I'm still engaged in the game."
"We had a rocky start, but we're really working as a team now and everything is clicking. We're on the rise and peaking at a good time."
– Graduate Middle Hitter Gabby Polynice
