Makayla Firebaugh (Winchester, VA/James Wood). Siena would immediately respond with a 12-0 run of their own and lead 27-17 after one.
The Saints offense didn't slow in the second quarter. Leading 39-26, the Saints closed out the half on a 14-3 run and went into the locker room on top 53-29.
Toussaint started the second half strong, scoring Rider's first six points of the third quarter, but Siena answered every Rider basket. Leading 61-38, the Saints went on an 8-0 run and would lead 80-48 after
Amanda Mobley (Coopersburg, PA/Southern Lehigh) beat the third quarter buzzer with a layup.
The Broncs would make it a 7-0 run on a Mobley three and Firebaugh jumper to start the fourth quarter, but Siena once again responded with an 8-0 run of their own and the Broncs never threatened again.

"I thought we executed and shot well tonight. A couple too many turnovers, but we just need to find a way to get our defense and offense on the same page. We're going to share the ball and put each other in successful situations."
– Head Coach Lynn Milligan
"My focus coming in to the second half was on defense because that's what we needed. I just took what the defense was giving me."
