TEANECK, NJ - Lindsey Maslow netted her second goal of the year as Rider fell on the road at Fairleigh Dickinson University. FDU's offensive burst was led by Franziska Theus who scored twice in the five-goal outburst by the Knights. With the loss Rider drops its second in the last three, moving the Broncs to 3-2-1 while FDU was able to get win number one on the season moving to 1-6-0.
FDU came out of the gate with intensity scoring two goals in the first 20 minutes, tying its goal total on the season in the first half. Rider was able to get on the board just 17 second after the second goal by the Knights was scored as Lindsey Maslow scored her second goal in the last three games. FDU continued the fire though scoring in the 34th, 63rd, and 87th minute to take down the Broncs.
Rider will continue there tour of the NEC as they travel to St Francis Brooklyn this Sunday.

With the loss to FDU, the all-time series is now tied at 6-6-2. The last time the two programs met was in 2019 where they played to a 0-0 draw.

Rider travels to Brooklyn to face of with St Francis continuing their games against Northeast Conference opponent. On the season vs the NEC Rider is now 1-1 with the win vs Wagner to start the year.
