- The Rider University wrestling team travels to the Drexel Dragons and the nationally-ranked No. 1 Penn State Nittany Lions for the last duals of the season before the MAC Championships.

- The Broncs finished 4^th of 8 teams at the Keystone Classic after tying Drexel with 99 points.
- George Walton (Franklin, NJ/Bound Brook) won his second-straight 184 title at the Keystone Classic.
- Richie Koehler, Jake Silverstein (Hauppauge, NY/Smithtown [Nebraska]) and David Szuba (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) each made the semifinals at 133, 157 and 285 respectively earlier in the season at the Keystone Classic.
- Rider placed 4^th at the Keystone Classic after accumulating 99 points.
- John Hangey returns for his fifth season as head coach and has accumulated a 39-19 record in his short time as head coach, including a win against The University of Minnesota, who were ranked #6 at the time.
