NEW YORK, NY –
Jerome Boyer took home a first-place finish in the 400m and a third-place finish in the 200m in the Broncs' season-opening event at the Armory. Rider also got top-three finishes from
Artie Burgess in the 60m,
Jayson Lee who won the men's triple jump, and
Brandon Williams and
Nathan Storz who finished second and third respectively in the men's triple jump.
Boyer took home a first-place finish in the 400m dash with a time of 48.31 close to beating his indoor 400m PR of 48.30.
Burgess also put up a strong performance finishing 2nd in the 60m dash with a time of 6.91.
The Broncs were able to take home each of the top four spots in the triple jump with Lee, who won the men's triple jump with a mark of 14.01m, Williams taking second with 13.33m, Storz taking third with a 13.31m mark, and Micheal Palmer with a 12.89m jump.
Jayden DuBard also put together a solid day with an IC4A qualifying mark in the weight throw with a mark of 17.34m.
