Quotes & Notes
"It was a tough game to begin MAAC play on the road. Canisius played great. We had moments of really good play at both ends of the floor, but we didn't finish today. We need to start and finish better than we did today." – Head Coach Lynn Milligan

"We're sharing the ball a lot better. We're running certain plays for certain people, and we're getting those certain people those looks and we're executing off those. We all know our roles, and the connections that we have between each other has us in a good flow."

"When times get tough, we separate. We know we need to not do that and get past it and just come together. After this loss, we're going to connect and build off that because we know we need to." – Junior Guard Makayla Firebaugh

- The Golden Griffins win snaps a four-game Rider winning streak between the programs and extends their lead in the all-time series to 34-17.
- Firebaugh led all scorers in the game with 23, her seventh game in double figures this season. Toussaint finished in double figures for the sixth time this year, finishing with 13.
