However, the recent series has been much closer, with Rider Head Coach Kevin Baggett's teams posting a 9-8 record against the Griffs over the last nine seasons. - Rider shot a season-high 57.1 percent (28-49) Jan. 9 at Marist, including 64.3 percent (9-14) from long range. For his 14-point, 11-assist effort, Dwight Murray, Jr. was named MAAC Player of the Week.

- The Broncs were picked fifth in the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll.
- 10th-year Head Coach Kevin Baggett's teams have posted a 152-144 record. Baggett won MAAC Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
