- Rider opened the year with a 3-2 loss to Wagner on Aug. 20. In the season opener, Makenzie Rodrigues (Seattle, WA/Forest Ridge) scored off of a penalty kick in the 55^th minute, and Chloe Fisher (Warrington, England/Cronton Sixth Form College [Kansas State]) scored off a free kick from Camryn Dees (Pickerington, OH/Pickerington H.S. North).
- Rider is 1-0-0 all-time against the young St. Francis Brooklyn women's soccer team. The first meeting between the two was back in 2019, where the Broncs came away with a 2-0 victory.
- St. Francis Brooklyn posted a 2-5-1 overall record last Spring, and a 0-17 overall record in their inaugural season back in 2019. This season is St. Francis Brooklyn's third season following the program's creation in 2019.
- St. Francis Brooklyn is currently 1-1, winning a 1-0 decision against MAAC opponent, Saint Peter's, this past Thursday, and falling to Hartford, 1-0, on Saturday.
- Wednesday's game will feature former Bronc Hailey Russell, who transferred to St. Francis Brooklyn this offseason, reuniting with her twin sister, Hannah, for the Terriers.
- Goalkeeper, Ellie Sciancalepore (Randolph, NJ/Randolph) played all 90 minutes in last Friday's game versus Wagner, posting five saves for the Broncs. It marked the eighth time in nine career contests that she corralled at least five saves.
-The Broncs were picked fifth in the MAAC Preseason Coaches Poll.  Niamh Cashin (Nottingham, England/All Saints Academy) and Rodrigues were selected for the Preseason All-MAAC Team.
