Lawrenceville, NJ – The Rider Athletics Golf Gala originated in 1985 as a means to increase support for Rider athletics, its programs and, most of all, its student-athletes. Since the Gala's inception, many improvements have been made in the areas of information technology, facilities, equipment, team travel, uniforms, team rooms and more.

The 37th Annual Rider University Athletics Golf Gala, presented by Stout's Transportation, will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 at its new location, Trenton Country Club in West Trenton, NJ.  After 18 consecutive years of the event being held at Old York CC in Chesterfield, NJ, the closing of the club required the transition to a new site.

Similar to 2020, there will not be a morning golf session during this year's Golf Gala.  An afternoon golf session will be offered with a shotgun start for the scramble teeing off at 1 p.m.  The golf fee includes Rider/adidas sportswear and other participant gifts, greens fees, cart fee, souvenir foursome photo, refreshments on the course, lunch and dinner.  All proceeds benefit Rider's 20 NCAA Division I varsity programs.

This year we are once again pleased to offer a discounted rate for BOLD (Broncs Of the Last Decade) alumni which will include all participant gifts as listed above, lunch, golf and dinner for Rider University graduates between the years of 2012-2021.
 
The schedule for this year's Golf Gala will be as follows:
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Registration and Lunch
1 p.m. - Golf Scramble Shotgun Start
5:30 p.m. - Dinner and Awards
