Quotes and Notes
"We played well and created chances. We competed hard. Our defense did really well. We could argue we have one of the best goalies in the conference, and both center backs did fantastic today. Without our defensive unit and our goalkeeper, we would not have been able to keep this team scoreless.
It was desire, who was going to fight and scrap for that ball, and Chloe was able to come up with it. It wasn't a pretty goal, but it is desire and passion that we lacked the other day, but showed it tonight."–
Rider Head Coach Drayson Hounsome
"It was a 50/50 bauble, and it was one of those lucky balls. She was on the floor so I just smashed it in to the bottom corner. I've had a few games out, I got an injury early on in the season, so the last few games that I've got I have to take every opportunity and it was giving everything I could."
