LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – Rider University Men's Basketball Assistant Coach Marlon Guild has been listed as the second-best assistant coaches in the MAAC, according to a survey done by Stadium's Jeff Goodman, the website has announced.  

Guild has helped lead the Broncs to top three conference finishes the last three seasons, including a MAAC regular season title in 2018. He has also helped with the recruitment and development of seven all-conference players. The New York native has also helped in classroom where Broncs players have had success with a minimum of six players finishing with a semester with 3.0 GPA or higher the last three years.

"What makes Marlon Guild a good assistant is that he's a tireless recruiter and person who's always working on his craft on and off the court," said Head Coach Kevin Baggett in the story. "Great at player development and developing relationships with players and also coaches and AAU coaches."
