- Rider earned its first win of the season last time out at NJIT, 57-53. Maya Hyacienth (20) and Daija Moses (15) scored career highs, while Makayla Firebaugh added 11 points and a season-high seven rebounds.
- For their efforts at NJIT, Hyacienth and Firebaugh were named MAAC Player and Rookie of the Week, respectively.
- Though Fairfield owns a 39-13 lead in the all-time series with Rider, the Broncs have won five straight and seven of the last eight against the Stags.  
- Raphaela Toussaint posted her first-career double-double on Dec. 19 at Iona with 11 points and 12 rebounds. 
- The Broncs were picked seventh in the MAAC Preseason Coaches Poll.
- Rider graduated six seniors, including Honorable Mention All-American and recent WNBA rookie Stella Johnson (Washington Mystics), who was the 2019-20 NCAA Division I scoring champion (24.8 ppg.).
