LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ - Â The Rider University women's track and field team competed at both the Colonial Relays hosted by William & Mary and the Sam Howell Invite hosted by Princeton on Saturday.
In Virginia, the women's 4x1500 relay quartet of
Teagan Schein-Becker (Trappe, PA/Perkiomen Valley),
Kristin Siegle (Estell Manor, NJ/Buena Regional),
Peri Pavicic (Princeton, NJ/Hopewell Valley Central) and Hailey Arguien (Churchville, NJ/Churchville-Chili) set a new program record with a time of 19:17.28.
In Princeton, graduate student
Sara Gardner (Holland Township, NJ/Delaware Valley) won the 100m hurdles at 13.71. She set a new meet record in the prelims with a time of 13.68.
Also at Princeton,
Dyani Bigelow (Sewell, NJ/Clearview Regional) finished fourth in the 400m hurdles with an ECAC-qualifying time of 1:02.47. Â
Fidele Jules (Tinton Falls, NJ/Red Bank Catholic) finished in sixth-place in the shot put with an ECAC-qualifying toss of 14.26m, while
Ashley Berry (Somerset, NJ/Franklin) ended up in seventh-place in the discus throw with an ECAC-qualifying throw of 43.06m.

Dyani Bigelow in the 400 hurdles. Dyani ran an incredible race, easily the best she has run in college and was rewarded with a great time. Sara also delivered another 'A' performance and she is significantly ahead of where she was a year ago which is exciting for us as we move into championship season."
