WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- All regular-season home games in 2018-19 will be carried on either ESPN3 or ESPN+. Road games only will be carried on 107.7 The Bronc. No radio broadcasts for home games will be provided.
- Rider and Marist are playing for the 59th time in the all-time series history with the Red Foxes holding a 41-16 advantage. Rider has had the edge of late, winning three of the last five meetings. The Broncs swept the regular-season series in 2016-17 and the Red Foxes won both meetings last season.
- Last week, Rider defeated Marist, 68-58, on January 30 in Poughkeepsie. Four different players scored in double figures for the Broncs in the victory. After the early minutes, Rider would never trail in the contest. The Broncs would stretch their lead to as many as 13 points early in the fourth quarter. Down the stretch, Rider would knock down their free throws to hold on for the win. The Broncs shot over 63 percent from the field (7-of-11) and 77 percent (7-of-9) from the foul line over the final 10 minutes.
- Last time out, four Broncs scored in double figures as Rider knocked off hOURglass rival Monmouth, 65-50, on Thursday evening inside Alumni Gym. Rider opened the game on an 8-0 run over the first five minutes of action and never looked back. The Broncs held the Hawks to under five field goals made in all four quarters and forced 25 Hawk turnovers en route to the win.

Amari Johnson and Leav Favre each chipped in 11 points apiece. Four out of the five Rider starters scored in double figure and were the only players for the Broncs to score in the win. In Rider's last two wins, all four have scored in double figures and they've accounted for over 98 percent of the team's scoring (131 of 133 points).

Stella Johnson and
Amari Johnson have recorded two double-doubles this season. The team is 4-0 this year when a player records a double-double. Amari's most recent double-double, a 15-point, 15-rebound effort, came at Marist last week.
- Rider committed 20 turnovers against Monmouth and the Broncs forced 25 Hawk turnovers last time out. This season, Rider is a perfect 10-0 and 7-0 in MAAC play when they commit fewer turnovers than their opponents.
- Rider enters the weekend with an 8-2 record in conference play. It is the second time under Head Coach
Lynn Milligan and the second time in program history that the Broncs have won eight of their first 10 MAAC games. It matches their previous-best 10-game start in conference play which the team accomplished during their historic 2016-17 campaign.
- Rider never trailed in their win over Monmouth on Thursday. In their last four victories Rider has trailed for just 25 seconds of total game time. Those 25 seconds came in the first quarter at Marist as the Broncs were behind for just one possession with the score being 4-2. The Broncs have led for 38 or more minutes in four of their last six games.
- Rider took an eight-point lead into the half against Monmouth. The Broncs are 9-1 this season and 7-0 in MAAC play when leading at the break.
