- Vermont cruised to an 81-49 win over Central Connecticut and is 5-1 this season. The lone "blemish" came in a six-point loss to #9 Virginia, while the Catamounts earned a 70-68 win at St. John's.
- Vermont is led by reigning America East Player of the Year and 2020 Julius Erving Small Forward of the Year Watch List honoree Anthony Lamb, who's averaged 19.7 points and 8.7 rebounds per game.
- Tyere Marshall has posted consecutive double-doubles with career highs in points (28) and rebounds (20) at UMass, as well as 25 points and 16 rebounds against Columbia. Marshall, who's shooting a team-best 71.2 percent, is the first Bronc since Jason Thompson (07-08) to compile a 20-20 game.
- Stevie Jordan is the lone Bronc to have scored in double figures in every game.
- Jordan (502 assists) moved into 3rd all-time at Rider on Nov. 20 at UMass.
- Jordan projects to be the Broncs' all-time leader in assists (598) and steals (188).
- After averaging 17.0 points and 8.5 rebounds in wins at Coppin State and Delaware State, Frederick Scott was named MAAC Player of the Week on Nov. 11.
- Frederick Scott (21), Dimencio Vaughn (21) and Tyere Marshall (20) all scored at least 20 points at Coppin State. Scott and Vaughn posted double-doubles. Three Broncs hadn't scored 20 or more points since Dec. 8, 2013.
- Rider was picked to finish second in the MAAC after finishing tied for second in the regular season standings a year ago.
- Tyere Marshall, Frederick Scott and Dimencio Vaughn are all on pace to score their 1,000th point this season, and would join senior Stevie Jordan as the 38th, 39th and 40th Broncs to score 1,000 career points.
- Eighth-year Head Coach Kevin Baggett's teams have posted a 126-106 record. Baggett won MAAC Coach of the Year in 2015 and 2018.
