- Heading into the season, the team selected

Lena Vandam as their captains for the 2019 campaign.

- The Broncs will play eight home games at Ben Cohen Field in 2019. The team is 3-2 in front of their home crowd this season and 7-2 in true road games. The Broncs are 1-0 in conference play in Lawrenceville. Â Â

- On Tuesday, junior
Kaitlyn Flemming was named an NEC Prime Performer for the first time this season. In two games last week, Flemming recorded a pair of goals. She scored the team's lone tally in a 2-1 overtime setback at Fairfield. Flemming followed that up with the game-winning goal in 4-1 come-from-behind victory on the road versus Hofstra.

- Two Broncs have recorded hat tricks this season.
Julia Divorra had one on September 15 against Colgate at home and
Carly Brosious scored three markers in a victory over Towson on September 27.

- Three Rider players have earned weekly awards from the NEC this season.
Julia Divorra has been named the NEC Offensive Player of the Week twice,
Carly Brosious has been named the NEC Offensive Player of the Week once and goalkeeper
Lena Vandam has once been honored as the NEC Defensive Player of the Week.

- Last time out, Rider erupted for four goals in the second half to take down Hofstra, 4-1, in Hempstead. In the victory, both Divorra and Brosious registered a goal and an assist apiece.

- Divorra is enjoying a breakout campaign. When she scores this year the Broncs are 10-0. She leads the NEC in both goals (13) and points (32). Her 13 goals are the most by a Rider player since Nicole Hareau had 15 in 2013.

Carly Brosious has been a threat on the offensive end all year for Rider. This season she has set new career-highs in goals (11), assists (9) and points (31). She has three games with two or more goals this fall and two separate games with two or more assists.

Tess van Ommeren has been on a tear of late for the Broncs. She has registered a point in each of the last four games, during that stretch she has three goals and an assist.

- In the cage,
Lena Vandam has played every minute of action this season. She is 10-4 with 66 saves, a .750 save percentage and a 1.52 goals-against average. Vandam has recorded seven or more saves in a game five times this year. Â

- Rider leads the all-time series with Bryant, 9-2. The first meeting between the two teams came in 2008. The Broncs have won four of their last five games against the Bulldogs. Four of the last five games between the two teams have been decided by one goal.

- Last fall,
Tess Coorens and
Marion Waterkeyn both scored all goals for the Broncs and
Lena Vandam stopped two shots in the cage as Rider scored a 3-1 win on the road against Bryant.

- Head Coach
Lori Hussong is in her 20th season at the helm of the program in 2019. She has a career record of 259-132. She is the winningest coach in program history and earlier this season she became the 15th active Division I Field Hockey Head Coach with 250 or more wins.
