- Rider is in its first season under new Head Coach
Jeff Rotondo. In April of 2019, Rotondo became the ninth coach in program history. He came to Lawrenceville after a highly successful run as the Head Coach of Division II Holy Family. Rotondo earned his first career win at the helm of the program on September 7th versus Norfolk State.

- Rider was picked to finish sixth in the MAAC Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Poll for the second straight season. The Broncs also saw senior
Rachelle Runyon named to the Preseason All-MAAC Team as a libero.

- Freshman
Morgan Romano has made an immediate impact with the team this fall. She has been named the MAAC Rookie of the Week a conference-best six times already in 2019.

- Romano currently leads the MAAC in total kills (313), kills per set (4.54), total points (356) and points per set (5.16). She has also registered a six double-doubles this autumn. Romano is second in the nation in total points and she also ranks fourth in all of Division I in kills. She has become the first Bronc freshman to record over 300 kills since
Hailey Riede (332) in 2015.

- As a team, Rider leads the MAAC in total service aces (108) and ranks second in service aces per set (1.57).

Rachelle Runyon has been named the MAAC Libero of the Week a conference-leading three times this year. Runyon leads the MAAC in total digs (323) and she ranks second in the conference in digs per set (4.68). Runyon ranks fifth in program history with 1,363 career digs. Runyon is 107 digs away from moving into sole possession of fourth-place on the Rider digs list. She has recorded 20 or more digs in a match eight times this fall.

- Sophomore setter
Anilee Sher has recorded two straight double-doubles for the Broncs. On the year, she has six double-doubles. She leads the MAAC in total service aces (33) and service aces per set (0.57). This year she has 576 assists and she is averaging just under 10 assists per set.

- Quinnipiac leads the all-time series with Rider, 9-8. The Broncs and Bobcats first played in 1997. Rider has had the edge of late thanks to sweeping the regular-season series in 2018.

- Fairfield leads the all-time series with the Broncs, 32-5. Last year, the two teams split the regular-season series with each squad winning on the road. Rider's victory at Fairfield on October 20 of last season snapped a seven-match losing streak for the Broncs against the Stags.
