NOTES & QUOTES
"We had a really good Saturday at the Penn Relays. Gardner was the highlight today with a great race in the hurdles. Finishing sixth in a high caliber race like this is a great accomplishment. She has worked so hard to be ready for moments like today. She has elevated herself to a new level. It will be a fun few weeks with some big championship races."
– Rider Head Coach Bob Hamer
"The women's 4x800 ran very well today. The goal was to get the ECAC standard and they achieved that by the skin of their teeth. We raced aggressively today, but struggled to finish the last 150 on three of the legs. If we fix that over the next few weeks we will be in a really good position."
– Hamer
"We need to carry this momentum forward into the MAAC Championships. At TCNJ we got some big wins in the threes from Maid and Hunter in the shot put and then
Ashley Berry in the discus. They need to carry this forward into the MAAC Championships next weekend."
– Hamer
