The fifth-seeded Broncs take on No. 4 seed Marist on Friday evening

What You Need to Know
- The Rider University volleyball team closed out the 2017 regular season last weekend with a trio of wins at home. The Broncs defeated both Manhattan and Saint Peter's in conference play, highlighted by sweeping the Peacocks on Senior Day on Saturday.
- The entire 2017 MAAC Volleyball Tournament will be streamed live on ESPN3.
- The Broncs earned the No. 5 seed in the upcoming MAAC Tournament. Rider is making its ninth appearance in the MAAC Tournament and their fourth in a row. The team is 0-3 all-time in the MAAC Tournament as the No. 5 seed. The team is the No. 5 seed for the third time in the last four years.
- During the regular season, the Broncs and the Red Foxes split their regular-season series with the visiting team winning each contest.  
- Rider's win at Marist on October 28 was there first in Poughkeepsie since 2004. Marist leads the all-time series, 26-17. The Broncs and Red Foxes have split their regular-season series in each of the last three seasons. Rider and Marist have also split their two meetings in the MAAC Tournament.
- In his seventh season at the helm of the program, Chris Feliciano picked up his 98th career victory versus Saint Peter's on Saturday. He is second in Rider history in wins. During his tenure, the Broncs have won 55 MAAC games. In the 14 years before he arrived the team had 35 MAAC wins.
- Last Wednesday, senior setter Veronica Koval became the program's all-time leader in assists with 2,995. Her 38th assist of the night, which came in the fourth set, was a new program record. Last Friday, she became the first player in Rider history to record over 3,000 career assists. This year, she has 1,093 assists and is averaging 9.50 per set. Koval is just the third player in Rider history to have more than 1,000 assists in a season. Koval has recorded 14 double-doubles this season, including three straight. She currently leads the MAAC in assists and is second in assists per set.
- Earlier this season, Emma Aldaya became the program's all-time leader in digs. A month ago, she became the first player in program history to record 2,000 career digs. This year, she has a team-high 492 digs and is averaging 4.28 digs per set. She is the only player in program history to total 450 or more digs in a season four times. She is second in the conference in digs and fourth in digs per set.
- Hailey Riede has reached double-digits in kills in a match 23 times this fall, including 22 of her last 23 matches. She has a team-best and career-high 356 kills in 2017 and she is also average a career-high 3.10 kills per set. In conference play, she is averaging over 13 kills per match. She is now ninth all-time in Rider history with 975 career kills. Two weeks versus Quinnipiac, she recorded her 1,000th career point.
