What You Need To Know
- Rider and Fairfield are meeting for the 61st time, with the Stags owning a 32-28 lead in the all-time series. Fairfield swept the season series last year, following four-straight Rider victories in the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.

- Freshmen Dimencio Vaughn (13 points, 11 rebounds), Stevie Jordan (12 points, 5 assists) and Tyere Marshall (10 points, 5-6 FG) were pivotal in the Broncs' 70-67 victory at Wagner.

- Fairfield is 4-1 so far this season with wins over Sacred Heart, Dartmouth, Wagner and Army West Point. The Stags' lone loss came to Loyola Maryland.

- Rider is 3-0 when holding the opposition to fewer than 70 points.

- The Broncs have outrebounded their opponent in all five games.

- Rider started the season 2-0 with wins at Hampton and Hartford. It was just the program's third 2-0 start in the last 42 years (2003-04, 2009-10) and the first since the Broncs defeated Mississippi State and Lehigh to begin the 2009-10 season.

- The MAAC's leader in field-goal percentage as a junior (.565), Kahlil Thomas is off to an even-more efficient start to this season (.604/29-48). Thomas has two double-doubles on the year, including a 21-point, 14-rebound effort at Fordham.

- Xavier Lundy scored in double figures in each of the Broncs' first four games and reached the mark before halftime in the first three.

- The Broncs were picked to finish seventh in the MAAC by the league's coaches. Kahlil Thomas was selected to the Preseason All-MAAC Second Team.

- The Broncs are led by fifth-year Head Coach Kevin Baggett, whose teams have posted a 70-66 record and reached the MAAC Quarterfinals in each of his first four seasons in Lawrenceville. Baggett was the 2015 MAAC Coach of the Year.
