Rider University Athletics

Paul Lano is in his third season as an assistant coach at Rider after three seasons as a volunteer for the Broncs.  

Lano has been employed by the State of New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development for almost 25 years and as a graphic design technician for the past nine. 

Lano previously coached the women’s club team at Princeton University after three seasons as head and assistant coach at The Lawrenceville School and seven seasons as head coach at the Princeton Day School.  Lano is a 19-year USAV club volleyball member and player/coach, instructing at all levels from middle school on up.

Lano played volleyball while serving in the U.S. Army as an engineer.
