Diene scored six goals in November to highlight the Broncs’ run to the NCAA Tournament. He began the month with a hat trick on Nov. 1 against Saint Peter’s as the Broncs closed out the regular season with a victory. For the performance, he was named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week and took a spot on the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week. He then got the scoring started in a MAAC Quarterfinal victory over Marist with a highlight-reel-quality strike. He then scored the game-winning goal in the 83^rd minute of the MAAC Championship Game at top-seeded Iona to punch the Broncs’ ticket to the NCAA Tournament. Once there, Diene scored Rider’s goal in a 3-1 setback at the University of Vermont.
