Murray averaged 14.8 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.7 assists while shooting 36.4 percent (12-33) from long range in leading Rider to a 4-2 record in December, including a 3-0 mark in league play. He began the month with a 19-point, eight-rebound performance in the Broncs’ first league win over Mount St. Mary’s on Dec. 3, before going for 20 points in a Dec. 7 win at Stonehill and 21 in a one-point loss to Delaware on Dec. 19. He also scored 17 points as the Broncs picked up another league win over Marist on Dec. 22. In a Dec. 28 return to his home state of Georgia, Murray had seven assists without committing a turnover in a 78-72 loss to the Bulldogs.
