O’Donnell capped a prodigious campaign on the diamond, hitting .339 with seven home runs, 18 RBI’s and 13 run scored as the Broncs advanced to the MAAC Championship series for the second-straight year. He finished the year with a Rider single-season record 20 home runs, three more than the prior record, held by Ken Kremer (1987) and Jason Koehler (1995). Included in the production was a .409 average with four home runs and eight RBI’s in the MAAC Championships. He earned All-MAAC Second Team honors for his regular-season performance and was named to the MAAC All-Tournament Team.
