Johnson averaged over 20 points, seven rebounds, four assists and one steal per game in leading women's basketball to a WNIT berth, the Broncs' second bid in the last three years. Johnson was named MAAC Player of the Year after being the only unanimous selection to the All-MAAC First Team. She was also named to the MAAC All-Championship Team after averaging 22 points and eight rebounds in Rider's run to the MAAC Semifinals. In the first round of the 2019 WNIT, Johnson scored 18 points and pulled down nine rebounds at West Virginia.
