Gardner continued her stellar season for the Rider women’s track and field team in March. During the 2018 ECAC Indoor Championships, she earned a silver medal in the 60m hurdles thanks to a second-place time of 8.57. Her performance helped propel the Broncs to a 16th-place finish at the event. Later in the month, Gardner earned a pair of first-place finishes at the 2018 Rider Five-Way Meet to help the Broncs finish first overall. She won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.10 and was also part of the 4x100 that took home first-place. Following her performance, she was tabbed as the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Female Track Performer of the Week for the second time this season.
