Perales earned National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I Offensive Player of the Week on October 8 after scoring twice in consecutive games to open the month vs. Mercyhurst and La Salle. She later contributed three goals and two assists in a Senior Night victory over LIU, before scoring twice on Halloween as the Broncs defeated Wagner, 4-3, in the regular-season finale, clinching an NEC Tournament berth. For the month, Perales scored nine goals, added four assists and totaled 22 points.
