Dean posted a 6-3 record in the month, including three wins over wrestlers ranked in the Top 11 in the country. In earning 5^th place at the Cliff Keen Invitational, Dean earned a 4-3 decision over #5 Bennett Berge of South Dakota State. In a quad match at Alumni Gym on Dec. 20, Dean also earned wins over #9 Jaxon Smith of Maryland and #11 Reece Heller of Pittsburgh.
