Rider University Athletics

Greg Busch is Rider’s Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Internal Operations. In this position, Busch oversees compliance and academic support, while also serving as the departmental liaison to several critical areas, including Financial Aid, the Registrar, Residence Life, and the Office of Community Standards. As the sport administrator for Rider’s men’s and women’s soccer, cross country/track and field and baseball programs, Busch has overseen numerous conference champion and NCAA tournament participants, while also helping to hire and supervise several MAAC and regional coaches of the year. 

Busch has served on various strategic planning committees at Rider and was also a member of the MAAC Men’s Soccer Committee. Prior to Rider, he worked as an Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and General Administration at Princeton University, and as a TV producer with NFL Films.

Busch was a men’s soccer player at Princeton, graduating in 1999 with a degree in English. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Thomasina, and children Cal, Ella, and Mason.
