Nikki Arrington ’22 joined the Rider Women’s Soccer coaching staff prior to the 2025 season. Arrington has also served as Youth Soccer Director at Aztec Soccer. A five-year member of the team, Arrington started 25 of 43 games as a forward from 2018-22.

Arrington scored three goals and added two assists in her Rider career, including a two-goal performance in the 2019 season opener against Wagner. She graduated as a double major in Elementary Education and Psychology.
