Josh Rosado joined the Rider University Sports Communications team in August 2024. The New Jersey native received his undergraduate degree in Broadcasting & Journalism from Messiah University in PA. He is a current graduate student in the Athletic Leadership program.
During his time at Messiah University, Rosado was on the wrestling team. In addition to being a student-athlete, Josh helped the Athletic Communications Department with gameday operations as well as interning in the athletic communications office. During his internships, Rosado assisted in various ways including updating social media, writing post-game stories, equipment setup, in-game stats, play-by-play commentator, and public address announcing.
In addition to that, Rosado was the public address announcer of the NCAA Divison III Southeast Regional Wrestling Championships for three years. He was also given the opportunity to do SID coverage as an intern for the 2024 NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
