Evan Fleisher was hired as Associate AD for Facilities and Event Operations in March of 2026.
Fleisher was most recently at Rutgers University, where he was Facilities and Events Assistant, a role he was elevated to after joining the Scarlet Knights as an intern. Initially tasked with helping with COPA America Soccer practices hosted by Rutgers over the summer, he managed events such as the NJSIAA High School Football, Wrestling, and Basketball Championships. Fleisher also handled contracts and planning for outside events and rentals, including local high school graduations, lacrosse camps, baseball/softball camps, and gymnastics camps and leading the department's internship program, supervising and assisting a group of 14 to 18 interns, while providing training and evaluations.
Fleisher earned his undergraduate degree in Sports Management at North Carolina State University, working in the Athletics department as a Gameday Operations/Facilities Assistant. His responsibilities included setting up events, preparing facilities for team practices, and managing ticket scanning operations on game days to ensure smooth fan entry and a seamless event experience.
