Rider University Athletics

Carly Solomon was hired as Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Engagement in June of 2026. She most recently worked in Rider University’s Office of Admissions, where she served as the athletic admissions liaison. In that role, she partnered with coaches and prospective student-athletes throughout the recruitment and enrollment process while helping coordinate campus visit programs, admissions events, and student engagement initiatives. She also oversaw the office's social media efforts.

A Rider alumna, Solomon earned her bachelor’s degree in 2023 before completing her master’s degree in 2026. During her undergraduate career, she was a member of Rider’s cheerleading team, supporting Broncs Athletics and representing the University at athletic and campus events. Her experiences as a student, cheerleader, and admissions professional have provided her with a unique perspective on the Rider community, which she now brings to her role within Athletics.
